Highlight the culprit by dragging your mouse (or finger on touch screen) over them.  

Highlighted culprits will snitch on their neighbours, but only whether they're lying.

Click or tap who you think did it to select them.

Enter/P to Pause & Arrow Keys + Z/X Key to interface.
